Return / Exchange Policy

At ARVIANO, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer exchanges and store credit, subject to the conditions below.

Return / Exchange Window

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only size exchange or style exchange is available — no refunds for change of mind.

Eligible Conditions
Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains/perfume

  • With all tags and original packaging intact

  • Returned with unboxing video (mandatory for damage/defect claims)

Non-eligible Items

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Items without tags

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged / Wrong Product Received

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued only in cases of:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Damaged/defective product
    Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after QC approval.

Reverse Pickup

  • Available in selected pin codes.

  • Where unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the item.

  • Issue description

  • Unboxing video (if damaged)
