At ARVIANO, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer exchanges and store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Return / Exchange Window

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Only size exchange or style exchange is available — no refunds for change of mind.
Eligible Conditions
Items must be:

Unused and unworn
-
Unwashed
-
Free from stains/perfume
-
With all tags and original packaging intact

Returned with unboxing video (mandatory for damage/defect claims)
Non-eligible Items
-
Used, washed, altered, or damaged items
-
Items without tags
-
Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
Damaged / Wrong Product Received

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

We will provide a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued only in cases of:

Wrong item shipped

Damaged/defective product
Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after QC approval.
Reverse Pickup

Available in selected pin codes.

Where unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the item.
