At ARVIANO, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • For COD/Partial COD orders, processing begins after the advance is completed (if applicable).

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other cities/towns: 4–7 working days

  • Remote areas: 7–10 working days

Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • COD/Partial COD orders may include a small convenience fee.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

  • You can track your order anytime using the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers make 2–3 delivery attempts. Please ensure your phone number is reachable.

  • If the delivery fails due to wrong address/unreachable phone, reshipment charges may apply.
