Returns & Exchanges

  Bottom wear tried on without undergarments or worn outdoors will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.

  Reverse pick-up availability depends on your pincode; where not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

When are refunds issued?

  If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, we will issue a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.

Refund method & timeline

  Approved refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after QC.

  Shipping / COD convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  

Non-refundable cases

  Products returned in used, washed, stained or altered condition.
  
• 
  Returns raised after the return window has expired.
  
• 
  Orders where only a size change / style change is requested – in such cases, we provide an exchange or store credit instead of refund.
